Body wellness is body hygiene from inside and outside. Body hygiene from inside means to supply the body with healthy food and to do a detox regularly. If we eat healthily and if we are aware of the necessity of regular detox, we will keep the gut immune system intact. Gut health is the cornerstone of our health. Hygiene from the outside includes smart daily cleaning and regular massage treatments. If we follow it regularly, it will keep our skin barrier intact and healthy. Smart cleaning presumes to be informed and educated about products and rules about cleaning our body and keeping the skin barrier healthy and keeping skin acidity balanced thus allowing our immune cells to reduce any possible inflammation or infection.
What have we done wrong to let spread the coronavirus? The history of epidemiological data shows that hygiene (or better to say – non-hygiene) plays an important role. Are we focused on mental hygiene and meditation over physical hygiene and wellness treatments? Yes, we certainly are.
Nowadays, we experience a lot of mental stress but it is our body which finally deals with the consequences. I can’t remember anybody from medical authorities calling for a necessity of regular body wellness (apart from exercising which may be harmful to many chronic diseases). Nevertheless, we do need regular body wellness. We do need to relax our body in order to relax our mind. First, the body; and then, the mind. The body is the key: “Mens Sana in Corpore Sano.”
Our bodies are full of toxins, putrefaction, fermentation, parasites, heavy metals, nutritionally empty food, genetically modified food, noise… Our bodies lack water, sun, vitamins, minerals, delicious quite meals in friendly ambience, music, fresh air… More than ever before, body wellness is a prerequisite to stay healthy (and stay in business, too). First, we have to clean up and then we can take in again. Body wellness is our protection against viruses, bacteria, parasites, diseases, mental weakness…
We do need knowledge, hygiene and healthy food to protect our body. Knowledge does not only mean to have information but it also means to embrace and use the information – in the right moment, at the right quantity. So, do you know how to make the best use of hygiene and healthy food to strengthen your immunity and prevent any infection, including the coronavirus infection?
Here are a few recommendations:
– You don’t need any burden around you – clean your home and throw away anything you don’t use
– Let the fresh air in – simply leave the windows open as long as you can
– Take a hot-cold shower in the morning
– Detox your body with intermittent fasting: skip the breakfast but drink warm water and eat seasonal
fruits instead, at lunchtime take a salad with abundant olive oil and lemon, and have an early dinner
including fish or meat and boiled vegetables (allowing 16 hours between the dinner and the breakfast
– In the afternoon, take a dandelion root tea which is beneficial for your liver
– On a regular basis, take omega 3 oil, vitamin C, zinc and L-lysine, while controlling the level of vitamin D
– Support your body with alkaline bullion and alkaline powder
– At least once a week, take an alkaline bath with Epsom salt and Ravensara essential oil
– Twice a week, use the infrared sauna
– Do gentle stretching with regular and active breathing
– Make a natural disinfection spray: 50 ml water, 5 ml ethanol, 30 drops Ravensara or Tea tree essential oil
And last but not the least, reduce the use of the internet.
Our health starts at home. Take advantage of quarantine. Do what is possible. Start now. Just do it. Immunity is the key. No virus is able to compete against an intact human immune system. However, if your body is not strong enough and you feel any kind of a pain in your body (which seems that our mind struggled lately or for a long time), you are a candidate for any infection or disease. There are help and solution: focus on your body, focus on hygiene and focus on healthy food. It is not about invasive medical procedures, hospitals, injections or pain – I am talking about a pleasant and healthy way of prevention. From now on, let’s practice body wellness on a regular basis. Our body needs wellness in order to bring calmness to our mind.
