Employment and Field of Work: Ms. Neda Telišman-Košuta,M.A. is currently employed as a senior researcher and consultant  at the Institute for Tourism, Zagreb, Croatia. Her main field of work is in tourism destination development and marketing, with a particular interest in tourism market trends, product development, destination branding, and destination sustainability issues. 

Education: Ms. Telisman-Kosuta obtained undergraduate degrees in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin, Madison (USA) and in Hospitality Management from Florida International University (USA). She further obtained her Master’s Degree in Travel and Tourism Management from George Washington University (USA).

 Professional Projects: In a professional career spanning 30 years, Ms. Telisman-Kosuta has been involved in and has led numerous professional projects predominantly related to tourism destination development, product development and destination marketing. A sample of recent work has included: Establishment of Croatian Observatory of Sustainable Tourism (2017); Strategic tourism development and marketing plan for the Kvarner region up to 2020. (2016); Action plan for health tourism development in Crotia (2014.); Tourism development strategy of the Republic of Croatia up to 2020. (2012).

Teaching: Ms Telisman-Kosuta is a Senior lecturer at VERN University of Applied Sciences in Zagreb, Croatia where she teaches courses in Destination marketing and in Travel and tourism trends.
