Anna Moshe is a Senior Partner at Pearl Cohen with over 24 years of experience in all aspects of cross-border corporate transactions and commercial law with an emphasis on technology and the hi-tech ecosystem. Additionally, Anna is Chair of the Pearl Cohen’s Russian and CIS, Australia and Malta Groups, an active notary and fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.

Anna has extensive expertise in forming, negotiating and implementing international strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, licensing, complicated R & D joint venture projects, tailoring holistic and custom-made structures for each individual client to best serve its goals and needs.

Anna’s experience includes public offerings on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), Alternative Investment Market (AIM), London Stock Exchange (LSE) and the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

Anna counsels funds, investment groups, start-ups, entrepreneurs and international corporations on their formation, day to day activity and plays an instrumental part in their commercial international development through various industries including medical device, agriculture, aircraft, cyber, fintech and telecommunication. Ms. Moshe acts as a mentor at several hi-tech hubs and accelerators in Israel. As Anna specializes in cross border transactions involving parties from the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, Anna was recently appointed chairwoman of the Israel-Russia Chamber of Commerce.
